Leaving from Florence, we will stop for a visit of about an hour in the most famous village of the Chianti Classico region, Greve in Chianti
The tour will continue with a wine tasting, a visit to the historical cellars and a lunch at the Verrazzano’s Castle, where the famous navigator Giovanni da Verrazzano, who discovered the bay of New York and the majority of the East coast of nowadays U.S. was born.
After the lunch, based on local specialities, we will continue to San Gimignano, famous all over the world for numerous towers, surrounded by walls of the XIII, that enclose historic buildings around the square Piazza della Cistena, the heart of its historic center.
Return in the evening.
